If you are not pleased for any reason, you may return the bottle for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the cost of shipping. This offer is to allow you to try a product to be certain it will work for you.

Returns for damaged goods, incorrectly sent items or wrong quantity sent

Damaged Goods / Incorrect Item / Wrong Quantity: Contact us within 3 days, if your order is damaged on arrival or you were sent the wrong item or quantity For incorrect or defective items, we have a 3 day return policy upon receipt of order by the customer, subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • Item must be in their original purchase condition. All packaging must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
  • This return policy does not apply to items which have been stated as Non-exchangeable and Non-refundable on the website.

How do I return an item?

Once you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email from us which will have your order reference number on it. Please keep this in case you need to get in contact with us. Alternatively, you can refer to your Order History upon signing into your NaturalCures Account.

We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective/damaged or the return is a result of our error.
