Colloidal Silver – How It Works
Silver inhibits the growth of single-celled organisms, (such as bacteria, viruses and fungi) by deactivating the organism’s oxygen metabolism enzymes. In turn, this destroys its’ cell membranes, stopping the replication of it’s DNA.

Silverguard Colloidal Silver is not a drug/medicine. It is not a miracle cure where you will see instant results.
Give it 4 to 6 days of daily administration and you will begin see a gradual improvement in your condition.
As a guideline, you may want to consider one of the following three recommendations:

Frequent small doses better than large dose
In the event large dosages are required to fight chronic conditions, it is best to take the recommended amount of 1-2 tablespoons (15ml – 30ml) more frequently rather than large single doses of 50 or 100ml. At the right concentration / dosage the Colloidal Silver is absorbed rapidly into the upper gastrointestinal tract, leaving very little or none to interact with the beneficial ‘good’ bacteria in our intestines which are needed for our body to function effectively.
New Users: Start with 15 ml in the first 24 hours then increase to 30 ml daily for 7-10 days to boost silver levels and then decrease as required.
Oral Use: Keep the Colloidal Silver in your mouth for at least 30 seconds (or as long as possible), swishing under the tongue before swallowing. This greatly helps with absorption.
Topical Use: Use on skin including damaged skin. (Rashes, burns, gashes, wounds, thrush, bites & stings etc). Either apply via bandage, spray or submerge affected area 2-3 times a day. Use dropper application into eyes and ears, or spray for nose and throat.
Infants & Children: Use ½ of the adult dose.

Give orally using a syringe (without the needle), add to food or to cooled boiled water (although it’s best not to dilute it). Apply topically directly onto wound or dressing.
A daily dose of SilverGuard is a great preventative and boosts the immune system which is especially good after an operation.

Further Recommendation
Dilution is not recommended as the product already contains a safe, low concentration of silver. However, it can be added to food, or added to cooled boiled or distilled water.
SilverGuard has no known side effects or reaction with other medications and one cannot overdose, however it is advisable to stick to the recommended dose.
Very few people are allergic or intolerant to silver, but if you have any concerns do a patch test by applying a drop onto the skin. Redness could indicate an intolerance.
Higher doses (>30ml): The rapid elimination of pathogens/bad cells may initially make you feel worse. Watch for mild skin rashes/irritations which should clear up quickly and an indication the amount used should be slightly reduced. However, the body rapidly eliminates excess silver which is useful for urinary tract infections, so a slightly higher initial dose may be beneficial for these types of infections.
Storage: Keep Silverguard in a cool place and out of reach of children
If you take Silverguard for a specific ailment, after a while, if it is effective, you will most probably naturally start taking it as a daily preventative. A good reason to take it as a preventative is to ward off pathogens (bad cells). This is because it takes several days to permeate the whole body and in effect, become a second immune system.
